I am a professionally trained and award-winning New York-based actor, writer, and audiobook narrator. Equal parts sensitive, secretive, and silly, I’m that clever and charismatic rascal who could steal your heart or break it.

A native of Connecticut, I received my BA in Film Studies/Creative Writing from Central Connecticut State University before moving to NYC to attend the legendary Stella Adler Studio of Acting’s 3-Year Conservatory. Soon after graduating, I began performing and developing new work at NY theatre companies such as Rattlestick Playwrights Theatre, New York Theatre Workshop, the LAByrinth Theatre Company, Primary Stages, The New Group, Playwrights Horizons, and the legendary Actors Studio, where I am also a lifetime member. I have performed on Broadway in the hit play The Shark Is Broken, and also toured Japan and the US with the acclaimed drama Hikobae based on true stories of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami.

"Sublime...ferocious energy...a magnetic performance!"
 -NY Theatre

I have had the immense pleasure of working with and learning from such acclaimed artists as Oscar-winners Mark Rylance, F. Murray Abraham, Frances McDormand, John Patrick Shanley, Estelle Parsons, and Ellen Burstyn in addition to renowned teachers Austin Pendleton, Larry Moss, Terry Schreiber, Chazz Palminterri, and Bob Krakower who have given me the tools to dig deep into my roles and not stop until I find the truth of the characters I play. This dedication has helped me land choice roles on stage, on TV, such as a recurring role on “Evil” (Paramount+), and in films such as “American Morning” (BEST ACTOR WINNER - Beaufort Int’l Film Festival) starring Emmy-winner Richard Schiff (“The West Wing”, “The Good Doctor”).
